INGREDIENTS: Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) standardized to 7.2% withanolides, 1% alkaloids and 0.25% of vitaferin A. Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 serving - 139 mg (1/2 scoop) daily with a meal, drink water. Please use the measuring cup included in the package (0.5 ml).
WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplement should be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Recommended are balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
